REFUND POLICY

Before the initial arrival of an agister’s horse at any Sand Dancing property, the agister may provide written notice to change the start date of their agistment. If the new start date is within 30 days of the original start date, there will be no loss of any fees. If the new start date is more than 30 days past the original start date, the agister will be charged a $100 change of start date fee and will need to pay $180 weekly to hold a spot. Cancellations and no shows will be considered forfeited and will not receive a refund

After the initial arrival of an agister’s horse, the agister can request cancellation of their agistment at any time with 7 days prior written notice to Sand Dancing Pty Ltd. Written notice can be provided electronically to info@sanddancing.com.au. The agister will be liable for any and all charges incurred until the horse departs the Sand Dancing property, even if the charges are incurred after the 7 day written notice period

Sand Dancing Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate services to any agister for any reason with 14 days written notice. The written notice will be sent to the address provided by the agister on the New Client Form, unless the agister has subsequently advised a change of address to Sand Dancing Pty Ltd in writing, in which case the most recent address advised in writing will be used. The agister will be liable for any and all charges incurred until the horse departs the Sand Dancing property, even if the charges are incurred after the 14 day written notice period
